Job Description:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under your care. This dynamic role requires flexibility in terms of availability to meet the diverse needs of our clients, including mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.

We are currently seeking talented and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities and help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience as a Support Worker (desirable).
- Flexible availability during the week
- Skills and experience
- Community Access & Transport
- Maintain & Monitor Person Centered Plans
- Documenting & Shift Note keeping
key requirements
- Australian Driver’s License, and ability to travel with comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current Working with Children’s Check and NDIS worker screening check.
- Reliable, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours ongoing.
- Current National Police Check
